Ordering by Post, Fax or Email

Health Authority order forms may be used, or you may write down the details on official letter headed paper, alternatively complete our Order Form. Please do not forget to state clearly the delivery address and who will be responsible for payment of the invoice. It may also be necessary to forward a VAT zero rating declaration with your order (please refer to VAT Exemption).

Non-account customers and private individuals will need to send full payment with Order.

Ordering by Telephone
Orders can be accepted over the telephone provided that an official order number can be given (account customers only), or by using a credit card stating the card number, the expiry date, the security code (last three digits on reverse of card) and the card holder's name and address. Please try to ensure that when ordering you are able to state the product code, description, the price and the quantity required. In the event that goods have been quoted for, please state the applicable quotation number.

VAT Exemption
The DBO Patient Chair is eligible for zero-rating provided that it is being: (a) purchased by a disabled person for personal or domestic use, or (b) purchased by a Registered Charity for making available to disabled persons for personal or domestic use. A signed declaration in either case should accompany your order. (Available on the DBO Order Form and in the download section to the right.) Items which are not eligible for exemption will attract VAT at the rate applicable at the date of despatch.

Payment
For non-account customers, payments can be made by cash, cheque or any major credit or debit card. Private buyers are required to send full payment with the order. For account customers, an invoice will be prepared and sent to the invoice address on your order. Payment is required within 30 days of the invoice date. On occasion it is not possible to despatch all goods on a single order at the same time due to non-availability of items. Such items will be forwarded to you as soon as available with a separate invoice which will become payable within 30 days of that invoice date. Payment on the first invoice should not be held back until the order is completed as this may result in interest charges being levied for late payment. Non-mainland UK including the Channel Islands will be charged at the current market rate subject to confirmation from the Kirton DBO Head Office.

Delivery Policy
Once a complete order has been received and processed, you will be sent an order acknowledgement confirming price, delivery and invoice address and an estimated despatch date. We will do our utmost to expedite any urgent requests.

Returns Policy
If an item is faulty and is deemed to be within our warranty guidelines it may be returned for exchange subject to inspection, authorisation and approval by Kirton. For full details please refer to our Terms & Conditions and Warranty Guidelines.

We wish for all our customers to be completely happy with their purchases and therefore take any complaints very seriously. All complaints are closely monitored by our Managing Director to ensure steps are taken to prevent the same problem reoccurring.
